Our speed and agility program has been specifically designed to help build SPRINT MECHANICS, CHANGE OF DIRECTION, and POWER. ATHLETES FROM ALL SPORTS will progress in a sytematic manner; working towards optimizing on-field / court performance and reducing risk of injury.
Speed and agility training shouldn’t be confused with excessive amounts of “running or conditioning” after a practice or a game. With most sports being built around speed and power, the athlete must be trained in a way that will enhance those principles.
This is the foundation for the development of our speed and agility program. There is also an emphasis on injury prevention, as well as increasing your long term athletic development when followed up with our Athletic Development Program.
