Immediate Biomechanics Feedback
4D Motion allows us to see and analyze what the body is doing during each segment of the throwing motion. Effortless velocity occurs when the body generates and transfers speed from one body segment to the next. This timing pattern is known as a kinetic sequence. An inefficient kinetic sequence (or energy leaks) keeps the body from receiving, controlling, and ultimately dissipating energy from the lower body to the upper body. This can cause one body part (i.e. elbow or shoulder) to have to work too much and can lead to injury and/or suboptimal velocity.
